Margot Hetzke scored 19 points and sophomore forward Emma Guy had 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead visiting Penfield to a 57-38 win over Rush-Henrietta and their fourth straight Monroe County East championship Tuesday.

The Patriots (16-2, 10-0) also clinched the top seed in the Section V Class AA tournament with R-H (16-2, 8-2)No. 2.

Junior forward Dana Watts led R-H with 13 points.
