Margot Hetzke tied her career-high with 36 points and grabbed 16 rebounds to lead the Patriots (17-2).

Emma Guy added 14 points and 11 rebounds for Penfield, which had 20 offensive rebounds.

The Patriots trailed 6-0 three minutes into the game but responded with a 31-10 run.

Penfield will play Gates Chili in the semifinals in a rematch of last year's Class AAA final, which the Spartans won.
